You may recall yesterday I was cheesed off with the BBC for releasing an enigmatic and misleading trailer for a single DVD- but I'm not anymore...

It transpires today, that #thefourth was actually advertising The Fourth Doctor Time Capsule Set...

Priced at £62.99, this set includes:

The truth behind the mysterious trailer (#thefourth) has been revealed via a follow up video:

It turns out it's an advert for merchandise, the merchandise being the upcoming Terror of the Zygons DVD release. I'm rather cheesed of that in the 50th anniversary year, the BBC release such a teasing trailer which could suggest something about The Fourth Doctor being in the 50th or something else for exciting that a DVD, but there still could be a little bit of excitement and speculation because this question is now raised: Why would a stand alone DVD be worth such an enigmatic trailer which effectively paid homage to The Fourth Doctor's entire tenure. Could it be part of a larger box set?

Only time will tell... It always does.

A mysterious teaser trailer has surfaced on The Official Doctor Who YouTube channel, which appears to be all about The Fourth Doctor. The channel on which is surfaced is generally used for merchandising, but what merchandise can deserve such a trailer?

Moffat has hinted several times at a few surprises for fans, could this be the start of something big... or is it just a huge trick and it will turn out to be for a DVD Box Set or something?
